應拆下裝載機蓄電池，將蓄電池放置在干燥和防凍處。要保持裝載機蓄電池表面的清潔干燥，嚴禁在蓄電池上放置導電物體。拆裝載機的蓄電池時，首先要切斷負極線，然后再切斷正極線。安裝時，要先連接正極線，再連接負極線。因工程機械電氣系統都是負極搭鐵，這是為了防止拆裝裝載機蓄電池時，造成短路。
